From the coordination of painters and cleaners to choosing the furniture, I have had the opportunity to manage the start up of the JTS Customer Center.

Setting brand guidelines was crucial in moving forward in many important updates and overhauls that took place at JTS. From brand voice to colors, I had the opportunity to put all of them in place.

Between photographing a local parade to coordinating "Food Truck Wednesday's", I have made it a point to get involved in any and all opportunities to get involved in the Caldwell/Treasure Valley community.

Attending career fairs and putting on team-building company wide events have been a highlight of our Marketing and HR teams' efforts for both employee retention and recruitment.

Almost all of our materials are used internally, so my goal was to use the new guidelines I had set in place to make our materials look consistent across the board.

One of the most impactful projects I have taken on with JTS was building 'Huddle Boards", which are used for individual teams to track and share useful information and progress with both their team and leadership.

Representing our company should be something employees should be proud of, but part of that comes from the merchandise we provide. I have designed many items, from stickers to shirts to hats to safety vests.
